Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns

• We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.cierga@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
